Due to the limited number of production appointments available for the entire country, please be sure to fill in the form as much as possible. There is a MAXIMUM of 400 video productions available for all of Canada, so apply now and get your space before it is too late. 

Filling in the application does not guarantee inclusion in the project. If your business is accepted you will receive notification of acceptance. 

If accepted, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation and the balance due when you receive your link for the completed video files.
